Purchased tickets will be available for collection before the start of the film. If the tickets are not picked up, they will no longer be valid and there will be no refund.

Ticket sales are online viawww.autxtri.compossible. Cancellation of VIP tickets will be accepted until September 9th, 2022 and 50% of the purchase price will be refunded. After that there is no money back!

Only after full payment of the VIP ticket price does the right to 100 minutes of film & talk VIP exist.

Rows 6-12 are reserved for VIP tickets. From 7:45 p.m. there are drinks (beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, Prosecco) as well as rolls and desserts   "while stocks last".
Duration of the event from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Schubert Kino Graz and afterwards in the garden (weather permitting).

 

Entire Terms and Conditions

1. General
   These general terms and conditions apply to the sale and delivery of tickets (hereinafter also "tickets") by the Austria eXtreme Triathlon Club. Deviating conditions of the buyer (hereinafter also "customer") are only valid if the Austria eXtreme Triathlon Association has agreed to such deviating conditions in writing in advance.

2. By placing an order or purchasing a ticket, the buyer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions and is bound by them. These general terms and conditions can be accessed and saved by the customer if required.

3. The services offered by the Austria eXtreme Triathlon Association concern areas of leisure activities and must be provided at a specific time or within a specified period of time (leisure services).
    

4. Ticket sales and ticket reservations
   100 minutes of film & talk VIP

5. Cancellation of tickets up to 5 days before the start of 100 Minutes Film & Talk VIP. Here 50% of the purchase price will be replaced. After that there is no money back!

6.  Reserved tickets can be picked up up to 15 minutes before the film starts, reserved tickets that have not been picked up will be resold. Program changes and/or any changes to opening times are on the homepagewww.autxtri.comrefer to.
   
   formation of the contract
   The customer's order is a binding offer that becomes effective upon disclosure of all data required by the Austria eXtreme Triathlon Association. All personal data transmitted during the ordering process will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties, unless the data is required to perform the service. The Austria eXtreme Triathlon Association is free to either accept offers to purchase tickets within 14 days of receipt of the offer or to reject them by sending a corresponding declaration to the customer, especially in the event of price increases that have occurred in the meantime or any errors caused by error in sales brochures, price lists or other documentation. The Austria eXtreme Triathlon Club accepts no liability for such price increases or errors.
   
   Prices and Payment
   All prices are to be understood as "gross prices" (including statutory VAT). We reserve the right to misprints and individual price changes. Any import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The ticket price is online and due for payment immediately.

   The customer is only entitled to the 100-minute film & talk VIP service once the price has been paid in full.
   Seat rows 6-12 are reserved for purchased VIP tickets. Afterwards there will be drinks (beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, Prosecco) as well as rolls and desserts, "while stocks last".
   Duration of the event: Beginning at 6:00 p.m. 100 minutes of film & talk, followed by the VIP area in the guest garden until 10:00 p.m.

 

1. We reserve the right to make changes to the cast, program and/or sequence of events, as well as changes to the starting time, and do not entitle the holder to return or exchange the tickets.

 

1. copyrights and other intellectual property rights.
   Without a special permit, any image and/or sound recordings before, during and after the cinema performance or visit to the exhibition are prohibited for copyright reasons. In the case of television, film or photo recordings, the visitor expressly agrees that the recordings (image, film, video) made by him/her during or in connection with the event/visit to the exhibition may be used without remuneration within the framework of the usual evaluation .

 

1. supervisory duties
   Purchasing the admission ticket does not release the visitor from his/her duty of supervision in his/her capacity as an accompanying person of a person who is not fully legally competent and is liable for any damage caused by a failure to fulfill his/her obligations.
   
   Consumer protection notices
   Since the services offered are leisure services within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is not entitled to a special statutory right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded in distance selling or a contractual declaration made in distance selling.
   
   Privacy Policy
   By ordering and using the services of the Austria eXtreme Triathlon Association, in particular by purchasing tickets for 100 minutes of film & talk VIP, the customer submits to the General Terms and Conditions. As part of the company's purpose, it is necessary for the customer's personal data to be processed. 1. Place of performance, choice of law and place of jurisdiction
   Place of performance is Graz. Irrespective of special jurisdictions for consumers, the competent court in Graz is responsible for all legal disputes arising from or in connection with the present contract. Austrian law, to the exclusion of international reference standards, is deemed to have been agreed. The provisions of the UN sales law do not apply.

2. Final Provisions
   Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions contradict mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act), the remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall nevertheless remain valid. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
